Description

This seminar was specifically designed for Division III students studying topics in all fields  of the natural sciences including conservation, restoration, resource management, modeling, systems analysis, etc. Each student led a discussion about their Division III project. They provided background materials to inform the discussion including primary research articles, excerpts from their Division III projects, etc. This seminar had a workshop format in which students critically read each other's work and provided constructive feedback and suggestions. At the end of the semester, each student gave a final presentation of their work and received feedback on their presentation. The seminar provided a collaborative environment for students working independently on research projects.
